Brunch in Dubai

A famous weekend activity in Dubai is brunching with friends. There are a lot of events on Facebook and the app Meetup, for this activity (because who doens't love food?). As you can imagine, I am super excited to try out all the brunch spots this city offers since there are so many options. It's not only delicious, but also the perfect thing to do inside (considering the Middle East weather).

Going to a restaurant in Dubai is so different compared to Europe. I'm used to wooden chairs, standing in line in front of the entrance, waiters that are kind but often grumpy too and toilets that are not always clean. But I still loved going out for brunch or dinner.
Over here, it's a next level experience. The hotspots look beautiful (all Instagram worthy), the waiters even open the doors for you and the public toilets are as pretty as in a hotel.
There are a lot of brunches that take place in malls, hotels and 'brunch parties' exist here (https://www.hiddenbrunch.com/).
If you are Dubai, it's definitely worth to try at least one of the below cafes (I loved it):
Brunch & Cake (yes, that's right I wrote about this place in Barcelona as well)
Projeto AƧaĆ, also great for take-away
Arabian Teahouse
Wild & the Moon
Circle Cafe Shorooq Mirdif
Arrows and Sparrows
Sarabeth's restaurant & bakery
Hampton's cafe (famous for fancy breakfast at the beach)
Friends Avenue Cafe
the Flamingo Room (a little more fancy)
Home Bakery
Bounty Beets (gluten free and vegan options, located in 5 star hotel Le Meridien Mina Seyah)
Enjoy your brunch!
